▶ Machine Characteristics
1. This machine realizes the function of cutting, stripping, twisting, tinning, terminal, crimping, wearing the plastic case, and automatically inserting the terminal wire into the plastic case at the same time for continuous automatic processing.
2. It can be adjusted on the industrial computer to adjust the length of wire to the skin, cut the length, twist the wire, dip the tin, crimp the terminal, and pierce the shell.
3. CFM use a high-sensitivity pressure sensor to detect the pressure deformation when the terminal is crimped, and accurately defective products.
4. The CC visual inspection device can quickly and accurately detect whether the terminal penetrates into the plastic case, thereby ensuring the performance and quality of the product.
