Process route description
Early pay-off/pre-feeding wire:
According to the size of the wire coil, a suitable wire rack is equipped. According to the length of each wire drawing, the wire is automatically pre-laid to avoid the length error caused by resistance.
Module pull wire, then cutting wire stripping each sides
According to the set length, the wire is pulled to a fixed length through the wire drawing mechanism of feed and module, and then the stripping cutting
Front-end translational then crimp terminal connector/front-end translational sleeve heat-shrinkable tube:
