▶ Machine Characteristics
1. This is a fully automatic two-sided housing insertion crimping machine, which supports many colors of wires by default, which color wire to use and the color sequence to insert into the housing can be set arbitrarily in the program. Built-in 2 sets of vibrating plates, the housing is automatically fed through the vibrating plates, and supports the use of single-row housings and double row housings. For example, double-row housings can achieve back-to-back insertion of terminals, The insertion position of each hole can be adjusted independently, thus supporting the use of special housings with different pin spacing.
2. Computer industrial control system, Windows operation interface, powerful software, each functional module can be opened or closed freely in the program. For example, the insertion housing function of one end can be turned off to realize one-end crimping terminals and insertion housing, and the other end only crimping terminals. The whole machine adopts the concept of flexible design. One machine can process many different products. When replacing the terminal, it only needs to replace the corresponding crimping applicator, vibrating plate feeding system and corresponding penetration fixture.
3. The workmanship of the whole machine is precise, and the moving parts such as wire feeding, cutting, and translation are all driven by high-precision servo motors, The terminal machine is integrally formed of ductile iron and driven by a servo motor. The whole machine has strong rigidity and stable crimping height. Built-in pressure monitoring, CcD visual inspection and insertion and withdrawal force detection of the housing can effectively identify defective products and store them in partitions. With a safety shield and a conveyor belt, the finished product is automatically sent to the outside of the machine through the conveyor belt
