▶ Machine Characteristics
HC-2020DZ is a automatic multi-core sheath wire twisting and tinning terminal machine, which is specially designed for processing 2~12 core sheath wires, it integrates multiple functions such as wire cutting, outer sheath stripping, core wire trimming, core wire stripping, twisting and tinning at one end, and crimping terminals at the other end. The split clamp will automatically arrange the core wires neatly, and the terminals will be on the same straight line after the crimping is completed, which is convenient for later insertion into the shell. Before tinning, the core wires will be dislocated and separated by the jig to ensure that the core wires will not stick together during tinning.

1. Using high-speed programmable controller and color touch screen control system, easy to operate, easy to learn.
2. The wire feeding part adopts servo motor, and the others adopt stepper motor, which has high precision and fast speed.
3. Adopting modular design, the pre-feeding device, feeding device, cutter device, wire clamping device, crimping device, and tin-dipping device can be quickly disassembled and assembled separately, and maintenance is convenient.
4. The production parameters such as the cutting length, stripping length, cutting depth, and terminal crimping position are all digitally set.
5. Imported electrical accessories from famous brands such as Xinje, Shanghai Bank of Taiwan, AirTAC, etc., to ensure the equipment is durable.
6. It is suitable for automatic stripping of multi-core sheathed wire, one end is multi-core terminal, and the other end is stripped and tinned.
7. Adopt the patent terminal machine which is positioned first and then crimped.
8. The inner and outer guide sleeves are used to ensure that the copper wire does not buckle after the wire passes through the terminal.
